スピーカー筐体の主な材質について
SPEAKER SYSTEM MAIN MATERIALS
ΩWV SOUND SYSTEMSのスピーカー筐体に使用している部品の主な材質はアルミニウム（A6063）です。この素材は航空機の機体の一部にも使用されおり、軽量且つ強固な材質で剛性が重要となるスピーカーの筐体に適しております。
このアルミニウム（A6063）のインゴットと言われる材料ブロック（塊）をマシニングセンターという工業用精密切削機で部品を一つ一つ削り出ししております。さらに、削り出した部品にサンドブラストというシボ加工を施した上で表面をアルマイト処理しております。
アルマイト処理を施したアルミの表面は傷が付きにくく美しい仕上がりとなります。

This material is also used in aircraft and is lightweight and strong.It is suitable for the housing of the speaker where rigidity is important.
ΩWV SOUND SYSTEMS has cut out aluminum (6063) ingots with industrial precision cutting machines.
And Sandblasting is applied to the cut out parts and anodized on the surface.

また、スピーカーは半自動設備を使用し一つ一つ丁寧に組み立てております。
